ALBUM FACTS AND TRIVIA
There isn't much backstory for this cd in general since it is just a collection, but here's some interesting stories behind some of the songs:

"Get Live Intro" is the current concert opening track for Scrub Club Records live shows. It may sound like a hundred people chanting the chorus, but it was actually just 6 guys including the studio engineer Tommy Carlyle going apeshit.

"Scrubby Boy" was made after Hatter had forgotten to bring any cds with him to work, and after hearing the extremely shitty song "Crank That" on the radio four times in one day, something snapped. He came home and immediately wrote the track out and recorded it the next day in about an hour. Him and Big Stephen even have an entire coreographed dance to this song during their live show, but I wouldn't necessarily call it magnificent.

"Issues," "What Love?," "Crawling Back," and "Freedumb" were all tracks that were going to land on former Scrub Club artist Wookie's first solo album "From The Heart," but that album was scrapped after Wookie dissapeared one day and never came back.

"Good As It Gets" shows serious progress from anna rexia, who is always mutating and developing her cadence and style. It was going to land on her first EP "No, You Can't Watch," but that project was scrapped to make way for her full-length release coming out soon.

"Scram" was a diss track pointed at the former nerdcore emcee MC Router. A racist comment made by her ignited a fire in Hatter and several other people, and when she refused to apologize and remove herself from a message board inhabited by them all, he wrote this song to bring everything to light. She came back with a retort, but it was a horrible drum and bass parody of "Crank That," which Hatter had already touched on. Regardless of everyone's racial and social ethics, the majority of people that have listened to both tracks agree: Scram stomped MC Router. More currently, she quit Hip Hop and moved to Electronica / chip bending instead.

"Scrub Club Megamix" is the awesome first-time ever live mix DJ CutterJ had recorded. That being said, it's even more impressive.

"Jus A Rascal" (Live-O Laid Back Remix) and "Never Leave You" (Take It Deeper Remix) were made by MadHatter in anticipation of his second mix cd "Rewind and Refresh: Volume Two," but that album was scrapped due to other projects being much more important.

"Baby Got Ass" was a hilarious track to goof off on. The girl part you hear "Yeah! Yeah! Hell yeah!" is in fact only one girl and about five guys, hahaha. Lord almighty. It was never released due to general silliness.

"The Joys Of Recording" is just a collection of recording messups from when C.O.S. was laying down his vocals for the song "Deeper," which is on Noncents Volume 1. We all had a good laugh because we ALL are like this when we record, even superstars.

"Shitty, Random, Bored" was just Big Stephen messing around one day, and actually came up with a listenable track! Check out all of the scrubby refrences... Listen three times, and you'll be singing along, haha.

"Eye4AnEye" was the very first song Hatter had ever wrote and also the first track he and bandmate Wicket Slang had ever recorded. It was also Hatter's first time mixing vocals. As you can tell, this ancient recording is not the best, and was recorded with a $6 WalMart computer microphone with a sock over it for a pop stopper! This was also their fan's favorite song at the time, and the crowd would sing along to the chorus. At their first show, Burt from the rock band The Used listened to the cd in their car a few times and ended up in front of stage stage, singing as well. It was a blast.

"Riches To Rags" was the second song Hatter and Wicket wrote and recorded together with a group of their buddies in disrespect to Eastborough, a small rich neighborhood in Wichita that claims to be its own city and doesn't like Wichitans passing through. Also an ancient, horrible track, this was the first beat MadHatter ever made.
