I have just one general piece of advice for several contestants. Rather than post it individually, I'll just do it here.

Use punch-ins. If you don't have the breath to sustain a section of cadence, drop out where you would normally breathe. Pick up at the beginning of the next phrase.

Go back, and record the section you had to drop out of, making sure to give you time to rap along with your first take so the progression into the missing chunk sounds natural.

Go back again, and this time, silence the extra part at the beginning of your second take so you dont get dubs.

Punch-ins are a good way to get in those tight bars, but in my honest opinion, if you have to write around punching in, do it. If you can't spit something in one take live then you shouldn't do it at all in the recording, just rewrite it.
